Hotel ou chenil?

MAIS:
- la TV n'a jamais fonctionné malgré 3 interventions du personnel.
- l'eau de la douche n'est chaude que par intermittence.
- l'isolation phonique entre les chambres est proche du néant.
Et sourtout, l'établissement est "pet friendly" et lors de mon passage 1/3 des chambres était occupé par des gens avec un ou plusieurs chiens; un vrai chenil! Je vous laisse imaginer les aboiements à toute heure et les odeurs de chiens dans l'ascenceur.
Devant la multitude de désagréments subis, l’hôtelier m'a spontanément proposé de me rembourser partiellement le prix de la chambre via hotels.com. J'ai apprécié le geste mais n'en ai pas vu la réalisation pour l'instant.

The staff was pleasant ,my room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was ok,no regular coffee only decaffeinated other than that it was nice

It is too noisy. And the Air-condition Fan won't stay on.

Area seemed sketchy and saw a few questionable characters. We had roaches in our room as well. Room wasn’t well ventilated. Smelled musty.

It’s not the best, not the worst.

Staff was efficient & friendly. Parking lot well lit & security camera monitored. Room was very clean, towels were fluffy & breakfast was done well. All while being reasonably priced. Would definitely reccomend.

I liked the fact of how easy it waa to get another room cause the first one had a foul odor.
Check in was easy. Staff was friendly. The housekeeper Claudia was awesome. She cleaned above her duties. Breakfast was fine. I would come back again.

We booked room at last minute and we were tired. Room had not been cooled down and S/C was not adjustable. Made for a difficult nights sleep. I think they’re working on changing out the ACs in that hotel but that didn’t help us that night unfortunately. It’s very clean staff very courteous and helpful, but it was hard to sleep in hot room.
