Mena mini vacay!
Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWas in good location but didn't like not having a bedroom seperate from luving and kitchen. Say it sleeps 4 only if 2 are adults and 2 small kidss. We bought blow up mattress which helped. Livingroom furniture is ready for replacement! Chose to eat out our meals due to small space. We usually stay in a bigger place and have our meals at home. Dogs lived area cause lots of runnning. Felt the cost for what we got wasn't great! Should be rented out to couple only.

Our listing states that it is a studio and the photos clearly show that. That’s why we ask that guests read the “Description” so there won’t be any surprises. The cottage is over 500 sq ft and the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook! We have had guests that have stayed for a month and have made all their meals in the kitchen. Our listing also states that we have a sleeper/sofa and the photos also show that. In the future, please read the full property description. The furniture was just professionally cleaned and aside from a little wear on one of the recliners, is in impeccable condition, also reflected in the accurate photos in the listing.
We are one of the lower priced units on VRBO, esp ones that allow dogs. Our pet rules state to please pick up after them. Your failure to do this prompted complaints from other guests on the property.
The sleeper/sofa with provided linens should have been more than adequate for two children. Two adults have slept in it comfortably.

Quiet and Peaceful Place
Publié le 26 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second time staying at this beautiful (and quiet) property, for motorcycle riding in the Mena area. Tammy provided EXCELLENT communications as usual. Everything we needed was on-site...and Mena is conveniently close for food and groceries, etc. This place is in a very peaceful neighborhood, with zero traffic coming through. The deck is awesome and there's a nice little creek running along the back of the property. Couldn't have found a better jewel in this area. Will stay there many more times in the future hopefully.

Girls Trip (Talimena Drive)
Publié le 6 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was perfectly fine, it was just raining raining raining!! Still a beautiful location to enjoy!! We were able to slip in a little charcuterie outside and were able to have a very peaceful morning drinking coffee and watching squirrels from the little back porch area!

Two-night stay
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur stay was great! Quick drive to Hot Springs for the day. Would like to return with our ATV next time. Cabin had everything we needed and the bed was nice and comfy. Price was very reasonable. Ate at the Chopping Block in Mena, AR and the food was delicious.

Friends trip
Publié le 22 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time riding the trails with our friends!! The cabin was clean, quiet and cozy!! The bed was so comfortable and linens so soft! We had everything we needed!! The communication with the host was great!! I was so sad we had to leave!! We will definitely be back!! Already planning the next trip!!!

Anniversary getaway
Publié le 20 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe celebrated our 30th anniversary and loved the stay. This little efficiency cabin was perfect. It is so quiet and cozy. I would love to come back in the fall the property is a large area with two fire pitts. We did not bring our dog, but this place is so pet friendly with a small fence for pets. We rode the trails and it is very close to trail heads. Can't wait to visit again.
