Located in a beautiful neighborhood with spacious lots, it’s right next to a fantastic state park and offers great views of the coast and surf. This house is far from a cookie-cutter home and has its own distinct charm. For anyone who loves 60-70s rock memorabilia, this place is a dream come true!

Fantastic Family Place
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a mini family reunion here. The place is over 3 levels, giving plenty of space for all. The deck is completely fenced in, which is great for the little ones.
The most amazing thing was the fantastic view & the constant sound of the waves.
We will definitely be back.

Girls weekend

We literally spent all weekend on the deck enjoying each other and the views! The artwork is unique and pretty awesome. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful way to enjoy Mendocino
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was perfect and beautifully appointed with wonderful art work. We were close to all the places that we wanted to experience: biking along the Big River, hiking , fishing for rockfish, sea kayaking, and visiting town for a little shopping and dining. The hot tub was a welcome tonic for sore muscles, and the view was fantastic. Our 9 year old granddaughter is a competitive swimmer, so we were fortunate to be able to watch the Olympic trials on TV. Plus grandpa taught her how to play pool. Only suggestion: the water filter on the fridge needs replacing if that's what the red light means. Thanks, Don, for a memorable stay.
