Publié le 24 août 2020 sur HomeAwayMaison idéale pour 2 familles avec ses 2 appartements communicants, bien équipée, plage de Binibèquer à 3min à pied, commerces à 5min à pied. Le gérant Alex a été très disponible malgré les conditions sanitaires compliquées. A recommander ++

Great villa for family
Publié le 3 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe villa is in a good position in Binibeca with parking right outside. It provided us with the right number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 8. Good sized pool and patio area with plenty of sunbeds and a good sized outdoor table and chairs. The garden could have been a bit tidier - old leaves in the outdoor shower area and the grass was quite long in the front and back gardens.
We had a super holiday and the proximity of the property to the beach was great for our young grandchildren.

We have had the best family holiday in this villa, very well equipped and in a great location. The pool area is great, plenty of outdoor seating areas and a very spacious villa. The host is also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended

Great spot in Menorca
Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayStayed with extended family, adults, toddlers and a baby. Great travel cots with a proper mattress were supplied. House is a bungalow so was great for the kids able to move about.
Pool is a fantastic size and enjoyed by all. Aircon was great in all rooms. A lot of wasps about so make sure you have a good spray, same for ants in the kitchen cupboards if you haven't covered all food.
Location was great, we could walk to the beach in a few minutes, small supermarket a few minutes which is also beside a nice restaurant. Walk into the town is also very short with more food/drink options.
We rented a car and barely needed it everything was so close.
Overall the house was great and we would return without a doubt.

It was really well equipped, Alex was super helpful before and during our stay. The location is excellent, easy walks to the beach and supermarket and restaurants. Would recommend!!

Terrible state of the house. Terrible maintenance

We arrived to a house which had been clearly occupied for some time, and cleaning was almost inexistent. The kitchen and utensils were plain dirty. The fact we arrived early and left our luggage in the garden was sufficient excuse for the cleaning people to just leave rigth away. Alex never showed up. There are RATSin the garden: every early evening rats would cross by the pool. Saturday linen bags would sit by the door for days. They should charge half the price for this place in this state,

I appreciate your comments but I’m forced to offer my point of view. There are only 2 beds per room, 2 large kitchens (fully equipped), 2 lounges and plenty of “al fresco” dining area for 10 people. As for cleaning issues, due to Covid protocol, you were requested not to access the property until 2 pm, but turned up at 1 pm. For the rest of your stay, you decided to use your personal cleaning staff instead of ours, so we had no access to the property. You only requested us to leave the fresh towels and sheets at the door. Both the owner and 2 sets of guests had stayed in the property and never reported mice or rats.
Not quite sure how to respond to your comment about Alex turning up, considering I have been constantly in contact with you and have always been available and responsive to your requests. Finally, I even arranged a refund for your last week had you decided to move elsewhere.
I really doubt the minor issues you mention made your holiday experience in the villa so negative to report such a bad review, but we will accept them in a constructive way and will work to improve for future guests.

Fantastic villa in a beautiful part of Menorca
Publié le 31 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful holiday as two families staying in both parts of this well equipped, well located villa. 5 mins walk to beach, other snorkelling spots, shops and restaurants. Also well located for good bus connections as we struggled to get a car (advise booking in advance if you want one).. Alex was very responsive to questions we had and any issues were fixed very promptly. Highly recommended!

Great location in Binibeca
Publié le 6 août 2020 sur HomeAwayFantastic location for this villa, with the beach, local shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We made the decision not to hire cars and didn't regret this at all, with the only time we booked taxis was to take us to the local waterslide park, which is only 3kms away and of course, going to and from the airport, which costed 22 euros each way.
We did have a few maintenance issues during our stay, with Alex (the manager) doing his best to resolve them, some of which were and some were not. As mentioned in another review, the villa is probably in need of little bit of updating, particularly a couple of the older air con units, but this did not detract from a great holiday and we would definitely recommend the villa.
