Very mixed feelings

I would like to warn potential renters of this property to be prepared. The apartment is old, which you notice at first glance. Firstly, there is no air conditioning in this apartment. It is very VERY hot in the summer season and no fans will help you sleep comfortably. Secondly, the noise. You just have to open the windows to get some air moving in that oven. The noise here is constant from 8am to 2-3am, because of the cars and buses that pass right under the window. And also because of loud music late at night and karaoke, and conversations in the restaurant located directly below. It takes 8-10 minutes to walk to the beach. And the beach itself - I liked it! There is parking outside. There is a swimming pool on site. It is convenient. During our stay we had issues with water, electricity, ants and mosquitoes. Some of this could have been fixed if the owners had wanted to. As for the check-in, it's a nightmare! The check-in system is completely broken and inconvenient. It is not written in the description, but you will need to fill out forms, pay a deposit, pay a tourist tax. These electronic websites do not inspire confidence at all and are simply "broken". Links would not open, then the data would get lost, and we could not complete the procedure from our mobile devices. 3Villas advised us to "find and use a computer, otherwise we will not be allowed to check in"! There was no one on site to help us and just complete the check-in procedure on the spot.

Hola Alexander We are sorry that the apartment did not meet your expectations. We would have loved you to have enjoyed your holiday. In the advert it specifies what is and what is not available in the apartment, it is good to make sure of this before booking. In any case, had you notified us, we would have provided fans. Regarding the noise from the restaurants, we are sorry it has been a nuisance for you, it is the first complaint we have had about it, it is something we cannot control and has nothing to do with our services. The restaurant in the flats has quite reasonable opening hours and does not close late. Online check-in is done because check-in is not face-to-face. Most guests prefer it this way, they complete the process, arrive at the property, take the key from the keybox and enjoy their holiday. We're sorry if you found it complicated but in fact 99% of guests have no problem checking in online. It is likely to be more convenient and work better on a computer, which is why we send it a week before check-in, to give you time to take it easy before you travel. We are also available from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 to 23:00 by phone, whatsapp or email to help you with anything you need. We hope you enjoy your next stay in Menorca. All the best 3Villas

Can’t fault anything about this Place as it was near the Beach Restaurants and supermarkets, I will definitely Recommend this and will definitely stay there again
