Relaxing weekend
Publié le 23 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed here while attending a basketball tournament in nearby Ft. Payne and enjoyed everything about the home/property. The hot tub was awesome, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and left feeling relaxed and refreshed in the middle of the busy holiday season.

Great Cabin
Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed the cabin. Its exactley what you would expect of a cabin in the woods. The river below the cabin was so cool. Our stay was so very cold, didnt get to enjoy all the great porches. We didnt even open the hot tub, not really my thing. We followed the instructuons and found it easily. I would suggest going before dark, it would be more difficult at night. Do your research, shops and restaurants are only open Thurs - Sunday. Thanks so much for sharing your cabin.

However, pictures do not do justice to the location’s beauty. For our Thanksgiving visit there were stunning fall colors. We used cabin as base camp for visiting Chattanooga and Fort Payne. We would love to visit again.

If you do, please read your reservation carefully-that you made-so that you do not stay longer than you reserved the cabin for and check out the day you are supposed to. This will prevent the nice people who read their reservation to enjoy their time. Also not letting yourself in to the wrong cabin would also be helpful. Instructions are important, reading them also important, if they were not absolutely clear we would not have 10 years worth of 5 star reviews on all of our cabins.
To be upset when you did everything wrong despite having every bit of information is odd. Personal reflection and taking responsibility for one’s mistakes is also important.
