Wonderful Retreat

Quiet rest

10 year anniversary trip
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway the cabin was just as pictured but just better in person super cozy it rained the whole time we were here so we didn’t get to walk the trails like we wanted to but I definitely will be back and try another cabin on the property the property manager is very nice and easy to communicate with

Fantastic getaway
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayMy partner and I had such a wonderful time celebrating his birthday here. It’s close to local restaurants and hiking trails, and the cottage itself is so cute. Very comfortable bed to rest in after running around all day. It’s a great place to relax, unplug, and get away for a while. Bobbie and Ray were so hospitable, we couldn’t have asked for better hosts! We didn’t want to leave, and we hope to be back soon!

Black Bear Cabin

Winter at The Wilderness

Rustic tranquility!
Publié le 22 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was perfect for 2 people! Located off the beaten path was a plus for us as we were looking for a place to enjoy the quiet of the country. The bed was more comfortable than any bed we have ever slept on in a hotel. The kitchen was accomodating for what we needed. We used the grill out by the pond the night we cooked dinner and enjoyed the swing while our dinner cooked. The cabin was decorated with cute antique furniture upstairs and the loveseat/chaise in the living room was perfect for us to snuggle up on while watching tv. The owner had "hotel" size toiletries incase something was forgotten. We even had a couple visits from the dogs during our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
