Clean hotel and owners on property that care about their business. A little dated but exceptionally clean. I would stay here again.

Only issue I had was the stained blankets.

Room had a musty smell, they offer minimum breakfast and waffle mix was spoiled. Towels were dirty. AC took 1 day to cool room. They are pet friendly but have no where they can potty on the property as its all asphalt.

Good hotel

The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. There’s some noise from the highway- ear plugs took care of that. The breakfast was just cereal and packaged pastries, which gave us the perfect excuse to go out for breakfast. Highly recommend Toni’s Courtyard Cafe in Merced. Great eggs Benedict and biscuits and gravy.

It was a one night stay but it was a very clean room an nice an quiet.
