Family four wheeling trip
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our fourth time staying at this house. Once in the winter and three times during the summer. We have always been happy to stay here. We were a little disappointed this last time, due to the fact there was an issue with not being able to access internet. Never had an issue with the internet the other three times. Even the time during the winter when there was a snow storm. They have provided DVD's, but nothing for children. So, if anyone is bringing children along, would highly recommend bringing along DVD's for children. Also, the tub is very slow at draining, and the water sits in the tub. I did leave a note for the cleaning people, hopefully they are able to take care of the tub issue.

Hi Ann, I wish you would have contacted me during your stay. I was just up over the last ten days and Bright speed, our internet provider had to run a new line down the street. It was all working fine when I left. I had even connected all tv apps to wifi. I am sorry for any inconvenience.

Family Vacation

Kari was easy to work with and quick to answer the couple questions we had! This was our second stay and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location!

Vacation/ trail riding
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is in a nice location, close to trails and town. The inside of cabin was very nice. But unfortunately there was no wyfy and unable to get any cell signal and no tv.the cabin has no curtains on the windows the back sliding door is a messed up and difficult to figure out. The lawn cutting service came the day we were leaving at 6am. Nice... With them cutting the grass and getting all the bugs all out made loading up a big pain. Also having to get rid of all my trash? I never heard of that before . I had to pay 3 dollars for a sticker and take it to town, and the redemption center just happens to be closed on Thursday...
So there are a lot of things that could be fixed to make it a perfect place.

Hi Jeff, I emailed you about the wifi issue 3 days prior to your check in to make you aware. I was not able to get someone to fix it before you arrived. I also brought up 90 dvds so there would be something to watch in the evening. Without you even asking, I also issued you a credit for the wifi inconvenience. As far as the patio door, the lock is different than most. You PUSH it in and turn it. The door operates fine, as I was just up there. We have curtains in all the bedrooms, just not the living room. The trash company STOPPED service because we are a vacation rental. I myself don't like that. I will also, get in touch with my lawn guy because I'd agree 6a.m is EARLY. He usually does it in the afternoon. Not sure if it rained there (it did here) and he was trying to beat the rain. And last, being in the middle of the northwoods there generally isn't great cell phone service. Hopefully you at least were able to get out and enjoy the trails.

Family UTV Getaway
