The receptionist at the front desk she was a cool lady but the hostel was too small to too small too many beds in one room the pool needed to be cleaned the kitchen was tiny it was just too small. I left the same day I got there and found a really nice executive suite for around the same price but with a nice pool clean room and my own space and very lovely and Mérida that turned out to be a nice vacation..

We pride ourselves in giving the best possible guest experience, and I’m sorry we fell short in this instance.
We would love to know your name to have a host of dates in which you stayed since the pool is normally clean except for the weather and the leaves that fall from the tree ... but we clean it every day, I mention it in your stay of just one night you have not been able to fully enjoy the hostel since it is indeed a small but cozy hostel :)
We would love to have you here next time for a longer stay to give you a better experience in the hostel.
