Publié le 1 févr. 2023 sur HotelsHabían goteras pero la higiene es muy buena , la atención excelente con excepción de una chica llamada Karen que no tiene el tacto con los huéspedes , fuera de eso muy bien, las instalaciones estas muy bonitas .

There's no running water in the shower, they lock you down for the nigth and until they wake up, I couldn't get out at 7am, the shower was dirty and they change the room price once I was there for a higher price! Terrible place to stay

Well nor did expedia or the hotel send a text or email saying they were out of rooms. The place didnt loook like the pictures. I paid a taxi for nothing, because i had no room i was out of cash and i had to walk through the rain toblook for a hotel with luggage at 8pm!!! All the hotels were full we finally found another hotel because a guy helped us out by giving a call but i had a rough night and ended up paying more than expect it.

Teniamos la reserva y la habitación no estuvo disponible cuando llegamos... No nos hospedaron y fue una pesima experiencia.
