Great relaxing stay
Posted Jun. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayThis property was exactly what we envisioned. Right on the beach, with its own pool, and with tons of space to just relax. Close to Telchac puerto, and with a convenience store and an ATM about a mile away. Juan Carlos the owner was always responsive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

El señor Juan Carlos (dueño)excelente en todo,muy buena comunicación con él siempre al pendiente de todo y la ubicación de la casa súper bien a pie de playa y con una alberca grande y limpia.

San Benito Beach House
Posted Feb. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayBeautiful location! This house has amazing beach views. The ocean is right at your doorstep… the water level is shallow with sand bars and warm water! The outdoor living area is large and has an unfiltered pool to dip in. There are tvs and air conditioners in all the upstairs bedrooms. Juan Carlos installed a dryer at our request! We found him to be extremely helpful and he was very quick to respond if we had any questions while we were there. He has a grounds keeper named Gregario who was on the spot anytime we needed assistance. Having our own car rental was key to staying in this location. The kitchen has basic utensils and appliances that could use an upgrade however we managed fine. There is construction close by and a bread truck arrived daily at 5pm. We got to buy delicious fresh baked goods daily from the driveway! What a treat!

Gorgeous Spot!
Posted Feb. 13, 2023 on HomeAwayJust what we were looking for! A place ON the beach! Amazing views and lots of beach to walk and explore. The pool is nice and perfect size! Lots of shade AND sun on the deck and always a bit of a breeze. We could have used a few more towels and it would be nice if there was coffee there for us but not a biggy!
