The only one thing I didn't like, when you close the door make LOT of noice, every single one. They need to FIX that.People comes at anytime to their room 3am 12am any, they for sure wake you up. I hate that.

At check in I requested a change of room to be on the same floor with my group of friends and they diligently searched to grant me my request Very happy with the results.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. The hotel location is excellent. The room decor lacks soul, so you could be anywhere in the US in 1970. That said, my dining experiences were delightful and varied — from brunch to poolside nachos to room service to elegant Italian. I would return in a heartbeat. I felt safe and comfortable.
