Unfortunately, our TV was very difficult to work. We were unable to get any help. We finally got it to work.

Loud and noisy. People loitering in the parking lot and outside the rooms until 3am.

Never again!

It was 101 degrees outside, I checked in at 8pm and the room had no AC on and it was horribly hot! It took it about 3 hours to cool down. When i pulled the drapes back there were flies all in the window both alive and dead. There were 2 dead flies in the bathtub. If I hadn't been driving all day and completely worn out I would have left.

Dear Robert,We have other rooms upstairs with AC on and cooled down. The front desk staff wanted to keep you downstairs for your comfort. If you had problems with the temperature, please report to the front desk immediately upon check-in and they would have helped you with something upstairs. The last minute reservations are assigned to the regular rooms. If you had prior reservations, we keep the AC on in the rooms. Thanks for your patience.
