Fabulous Weekend Away

It was a bit of an adventure getting to the Property!
Once we found it, the drive down to the house itself was an adventure! It was pouring Rain so that didn't help much, but the road is rough! Your definitely need a 4wd to get down the driveway.
Once we arrived at the house though it was perfect!
Fireplace which was great as it was cool,everything about the house was perfect. Bedrooms were very cosy.
Lots of firewood for the house fire & the outside firepit.
Nice veranda on which to sit and eat breakfast looking over the mountains. We went walking to the river.
had a great meal outside watching the sun set on the mountains. It was a great stay!

Country oasis

Great weekend in the country

Lovely Country Home
Publié le 13 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayA beautiful country stay around 30 minutes drive from Mudgee town. Far away enough away from town that you can enjoy the rural surrounds. The farm was magic. The kids loved walking around the property. It was freezing outside but lovely and toasty with the AC and fire. A stay we will remember fondly.

Amazing peaceful cosy house !
Publié le 13 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a 3 night stay here over Easter with friends, the property is perfect for a group of people and has a lot of space so you never feel on top of each other. The kitchen is big and very well equipped with a stocked pantry full of condiments. The house is very clean and cosy, the fire was great and kept us warm at night. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. The house is a little of the beaten track which we loved and there was lots of land to walk our dogs around. There is plenty of dining space and the lounge area is huge so we always felt as if there was more than enough space for our group to be comfortable. would recommend!!
