Needs a lot of work
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty quite run down & very neglected garden. Doors sticking. Neither TV worked. Only enough cutlery for one person despite sleeping 6 people. No Tea towel or dish cloth to do dishes. Inadequate bedding for winter. Poor quality in everything

Ceiling propped up and no hot water.
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayA very old and neglected property. The host did let us know the ceiling in the kitchen was propped up just prior and we were concerned having small children. Bedlinen wasn't clean, no tea towel or sponge in the kitchen. No hot water from any taps. Very disappointing considering the price that we were charged. Next to the cemetery which scared the kids also.

One of my employees refused to shower, because of the mess

Carl was difficult from the moment of placing his booking. Demanding his invoice and address well before date of stay. Connecting up to several times a day although told from the start these come a few days before check in.
The house was left an absolute mess by his workers.
I wouldn’t like to recommend hosting. He is definitely a headache to deal with and there is no respect for the house.
His review is false. The house is cleaned nearly daily as we are a very busy property there are no problems with the bathroom. I suspect one employee just doesn’t shower.
The foozeball table is a hit with all guests with children there has never been a complaint before or since.

Surprised StayZ apparently have no minimum standards.
Publié le 3 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayA very very run down property. Kitchen was barely hanging together. House smelled badly of unclean men so we needed to air but was never able to close windows again. Furniture was, I am sure, from local dump or 4th generation hand me down. I, a 67 year old lady had the choice of Hi5 or Transformer bedding and covers in poor condition. I did not even want a shower.

Country Town Stay
