Front desk staffer Rita was excellent and very helpful.

Strange stay
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front desk was not staffed. I waited over 15 minutes (ringing the bell) before Ashley showed up. She apologized but it was not sincere. The front desk was not staffed throughout the night. It gave me a feeling that any one could have entered unnoticed.
I understand she quite. I think the hotel is much better off now.
The second lady (I forgot her name) was very nice and took over the responsibilities. Between her and the other gentleman, things seamed more safe and secured.
I was ready to move to another hotel, but because of the second lady, I stayed. I will be giving the hotel another booking. We have stayed here a few times and really like the hotel and the people.
