reservation via expedia and payment unclear. initial room toilet not working. alternative room very small. pictures and reality not matching. not sure why it has 9.4 rating. food was bad and took forever to deliver

Gatimene Gardens Hotel Meru

I had a great stay at the hotel - it was quiet in the rooms down by the river. The garden is a wonderful place for breakfast in the morning and the staff were very helpful.

I had an amazing stay. The highlight of my stay was the friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to ensure i was comfortable.
