Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was beautiful and very comfortable. The property manager was easy to contact and there were no issues checking in or out of the property. The amenities on-site were easy to find. If I ever have to travel to Mesquite again, I would choose to stay here.

Very comfortable and quiet, although there was a very loud block party on Easter south of the complex with obnoxious music blaring which should have been shut down by police. Other than that, this place was a great location to sight see and golf.

Nice, quiet place, but felt kind of dirty

One pillow smelled like laundry soap, while the other pillow smelled like men's cologne, so wasnt entirely sure if the sheets were washed. There was hair in one of the showers, and crusty stuff on the tv remote in the bedroom. So, kind of a yuk factor. The place was nice, but clearly not cleaned very well. Not sure why i had to pay a cleaning fee when it wasnt cleaned very well for my stay.

Cheri, yikes. It's extremely disappointing and confusing to have your direct messages to me say that you enjoyed your stay and everything was good to then find this review that says otherwise. We were not informed of any issues whatsoever during your stay, otherwise we would have been more than happy to address them immediately in order to make your stay more comfortable. very well equipped and comfy.
The pillows needed to be replaced...they had an odor.
Television remote was not working.
Oven needed to be cleaned.
Carpet had stains that needed cleaning.
Other than that, my sister and I had a very enjoyable time and hope to return next year.

Hi Patricia,
We have ordered and replaced all bedding pillows sooner than usual based on your feedback as well as a new primary bedroom TV remote. Apologies for the inconvenience as this is the first time we've received this feedback on the pillows and the first time the bedroom remote has completely died out even with a battery change. The pillows and protectors are washed and changed out regularly with new pillows purchased at a minimum of every 6 months. The cleaning crew spent extra time on the oven after your stay. Please feel free to send pics and feedback during your stay as I am always available if there's anything we can fix right away. We do have the carpets steam cleaned regularly, and as for the few stubborn stains, the flooring throughout is on schedule to be completely replaced with new plank flooring.
