I tried several times to contact the property manager at least 24 hours prior to arriving so we knew how to book in as it is unmanned. Absolutely no response to multiple attempts at phoning. When we got to the property there was a hand written note on the door with room number and keys were in the door. Room nothing like the photos. Beds were terrible. Will not be staying again.

Essentially a shared home made over into a hostel. Very convenient, and friendly management.

Cosy and friendly
Publié le 22 juill. 2017 sur HotelsThe lodge itself is cosy and well heated. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms clean and easily accessible. The owner was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed there for 1 night on the road to Christchurch.
The staff we could have a late check out because of the snow.
Nice and warm plece :)
