Posted Aug. 22, 2024 on HotelsApp says shuttle airport-hotel. Which is true but 1. Is not complementary. You need to call in advance and schedule it. Plus pay additional. It wasn't hotel fault it was the app Hotelscom. Despite that incident it was excellent.

This was a great hotel. I picked it because I thought airport shuttle was included but uber was much cheaper
