Nice, Safe and Comfortable Place to Stay
I was very happy with everything, The location (near Reforma and main attraction of the city) The room was very comfortable and excellent new conditions, the staff was very friendly and ready to answer all your question. My wife and myself are 100 % that we will return again. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends.

I was a bit hesitant to book when I didn't see any reviews but went ahead anyway. The place was clean, quiet, safe and sooo spacious. Its very close to everything you need to see in Mexico City and a great value for the cost. The only downside is the wifi was horrible.

Nos inventaron que fumamos en la habitación, no cuentan con alarma de humo solo por el olor de la habitación, pero no estuvimos durante todo el día y cuando llegamos no nos dejaron entrar y tuvimos que cancelar nuestra estancia.

Pésimo horrible
1.- Internet no sirve pésimo 2.- no tiene aire acondicionado y el cuarto que nos dieron es súper caliente aunque era diciembre súper caliente. 3.- las tarjetas (llaves) nunca sirvieron. Toda nuestra instancia tuvimos que bajar y subír a la recepción para que nos abrieran 4.- la caja fuerte no sirvió 5.- a nuestra llegada nos pusieron un papel de baño usado. 6.- no tiene gym 7.- no tienen ningún lugar donde puedas trabajar (centro de negocios) 8.- no hay nada para poder tomar un café ☕️ 9.- no hay nada para comer dentro del hotel. 10.- no hay teléfono para comunicarte con recepción. 11.- la ubicación no es la más adecuada. No me vuelvo a hospedar no es hotel

La verdad es una excelente opción de hospedaje, si te quieres mover en metro, tienes que caminar unos 10-12 minutos. El personal nos atendió súper bien, muy amables. Muy buena experiencia.

El Lugar es nuevo y muy bien decantado, sin embargo, el olor a drenaje es muy fuerte, el internet es intermitente y el baño no tenía papel. Creo que deben mejorar en la revisión de los detalles de la habitación para que le saquen más provecho a la ubicación del lugar y la decoración interior.
