Resort is safe and in good distance from basilica. My low review is due to the staff, specifically the man that runs the breakfast area. The man who is standing over you hovering around you just scolding you for everything in the breakfast area is a real bully. We were there 4 days and he would just be hovering over us acting like he owned the place. I wouldn’t go back because I don’t want to deal with him. The reception desk staff is very nice. Also there’s no wash cloths or hand towels.

Breakfast served was great. Servers were kind and professional. Room was clean except for the cloth shower curtain which needed to be washed.
