Great location for walking! You can walk to many restaurants and stores. There is a lot to see in the Polanco area. It also has a kitchen which is great. Our only complaint would be that wi-fi can be spotty.

Beautiful property, we felt safe and the staff was nice, specially the security guard. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable which is always great. The neighborhood around the hotel was very walkable with many stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. We liked that we were away from the busy hotel area by Reforma, but close enough by Uber. If we ever go back to CDMX, we will definitely stay Grand Polanco again.

5 night stay in CDMX
Grand Polanco Resort was a great choice for our trip - it was well located, had very comfortable beds, and lots of space for all of us. There's 24 hour security and the guards are very nice. Unfortunately, partway through the stay one of us became very ill, to the point of needing a doctor. The front staff was very helpful throughout the stay, and they arranged a doctor to come to the apartment which was greatly appreciated. We were also able to make use of their late checkout, which we thought was very reasonable. All in all it was a good stay and I'd happily recommend it!

The one bedroom was great. Good location, safe, walkable. The condition of the property is good but could use some improvement. The small couch was stained and bathroom needs paint touch ups and upgraded fixtures. The towels as well as bedsheets felt a little rough and on the first night itchy it might be the detergent. We slept fine but the pillows are not comfortable. The AC in the room does not cool below 70 F and the room felt hot. It’s not a 5 star property but it’s really nice overall. You have everything you need and daily housekeeping is great. Can’t wait to come back! I would love to stay a month!
