Enjoy this modern loft with a unique and luxurious urban concept, our accommodation is quiet and central, located 15 minutes from the center of Coyoacán and 15 minutes by transport from the city center.

The Loft is located on the fourth level, it has a queen size bed with memory foam, kitchenette, Smart TV, air conditioning, WiFi and private bathroom.

A complete room, thought out and designed so that you can enjoy and rest as if you were at home.

Elevator access to the main lobby, parking lot and floor 4 (where the room is located) and floor 7 Gym

Access to the roof garden via stairs.

We have a receptionist from 7am to 11pm and security personnel 24 hours a day.
We also provide assistance by phone and message if you need assistance during your stay.

It is located in a very complete area of CDMX since the Honorable Guest can find a variety of services according to their needs.
Located very close to the Francisco Márquez Olympic Pool.

15 minutes away you can visit the Frida Kahlo Museum, which is the most representative cultural venue of the Mexican artist, as well as containing an important part of her artistic legacy.
We are located near La Calzada Tlalpan which has connection to several points in CDMX, just 40 minutes from the Mexico City Airport and 60 minutes from the North Bus Station.

We are just 2 blocks from the Eje Central metro station.
We are 1 block from the city trolley bus.

Area with easy access to main avenue. You can use car or bicycle. Safe walking area.

The rooms are only for two people, when booking you must mention the number of occupants and their names, since only the people mentioned in the reservation will be given access.

Important points to know:
• We remind you that check-in is FROM 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am and if you need to leave later it is necessary to notify us at least 24 hours in advance to check our availability. (Depending on the extra time a fee will be charged)

• Access is only allowed to the Lobby, Floor 4, Floor 7 and Roof Garden.

• The consumption of substances is prohibited in the Loft.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the Loft or the building. (Smoking inside the building carries a fine from $500 to $2,000 USD)

• Meetings or events are not allowed, and more than 2 people are not allowed in the room.

• Access is not allowed to people not registered in the reservation. NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Visitors are not allowed.

• If you get cold, you can find a blanket stored in the closet.

• For cooking, you can find the necessary basic accessories, all available in the kitchenette.

• Small towels are for face, medium towels are for hands.
We ask you NOT to use the towels to remove makeup, dye your hair, clean shoes or as a kitchen rag.

• In case of excess trash, the trash can is located on sub-level -1, exiting the elevator on the right side. (bags closed well please)

• The terrace on the 8th floor (Roof Garden) is shared with the other tenants; the hours of use are from 10 am to 8 pm, so it is not possible to hold meetings or events.

• Cleaning is included once a week for long stays (2 weeks), let us know through the app which day is best for you.
