Not good. They try to charges us for things that weren’t in the room. Luckily we took a video of everything that was in the room the moment we checked in and show the front desk of the things we seen at check out

Excellent stay as always
I got put at the Radisson this trip. I wasn’t there 15 minutes got to my room and it had many problems. I got on Hotels.com and rebooked at the Suites it is my normal hotel. In less than 10minutes of a drive the Suites had my room ready for a two week stay. I love that place. They are always to have me and it feels like home when I am there. Thanks to everyone that works there. Samatha you will be missed.

Always a pleasant experience. More private, more comfortable, and cleaner than a hotel. I stay here almost every time I visit CDMX for that reason. The gentlemen working/guarding the door are always so helpful and nice!

What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment. What a wonderful experience at this huge spacious two-story penthouse apartment extremely spacious for kitchen, dining room, living area and bedroom area huge bathroom with a Jacuzzi and there’s also a Jacuzzi on the rooftop terrace, which overlooks the city. The service was definitely five star and they provide free breakfast on a daily as well. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Mexico City.

We had rain during my stay and there was a small hole near the window where water was leaking, other than that, the place was fantastic and we had a wonderful stay. Staff was very pleasant to deal with as well. Would definitely return.

Our family of four enjoed a suite with two double beds. The suite and the rooftop terrace was lovely. The included breakfast was basic but helpful in the morning. We droppednour bags early on arrival andnspent the day at Six Flags

I highly recommend this hotel. The suites were very roomy and clean, and the beds were wonderful. The team on site was super friendly and helpful. The location is great for shopping, with easy access to major freeways and avenues. The only real downside was the parking (extremely tight). Overall a great choice!

Love this place!
Check in guy was amazing!!!! I was having a hard time waiting for medical results the next day of my stay and we got an upgrade room to a penthouse with an exterior spa!!! Me and my wife had a wonderful time there. The only bad thing was the check out because I was told that hands cream dispenser was missing and that thing was not there when we arrived. I felt like they were accusing me of stealing. I think they need to be more careful with their checkout process.

The rooms were fantastic and quiet. They offered a light breakfast, which was also great. The only thing that brought this review down to one star is that there was no hot water, which is super important to have. The water heater was broken but was not fixed during our stay. I expected more for the name Perisur to have the basic necessity like hot water.
