It’s not accessible and the people are overwhelmed with to much to do and too many rooms. This model of hospitality does not feel like Mexico

I had an amazing experience at Utopic Roma Norte! The front desk girl was incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. She made check-in a breeze and gave great recommendations for exploring the area. The security guard was also fantastic. She was super kind and attentive, adding to the overall positive vibe of the place. I really appreciated being able to leave my bags before check-in, which gave me the chance to start exploring the city right away. It made my arrival so much more convenient and enjoyable. The atmosphere at Utopic is laid-back and inviting, and the location is perfect for discovering Roma Norte. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Wonderful apartment- very secure, clean, nice staff, great location- beautiful! We had 4 apartments for big family. Had meals on roof as well as in rooms and in neighborhood. Would highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful stay! Staff are incredibly nice and rooms are well-kept and so comfortable! We love Colima street and the entire Roma Norte neighborhood! Could not recommend this stay any further

Overall, a lovely place to stay with a fantastic location, beautiful design, and friendly staff, plus the added reassurance of 24-hour security. Unfortunately, the shower was disappointing—either lukewarm or cold—and despite their efforts to fix it, it never worked properly.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. Communication was clear and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. We did experience a couple of issues during our stay, but the management handled them quickly and appropriately, ensuring we were comfortable and satisfied. It’s clear they prioritize guest satisfaction, and that made a big difference. Another highlight was the free bike rentals, which was a great perk and a fun way to explore the area. Like mentioned in the other reviews the noise can travel easily into the apartments but it wasn’t that bad and probably more noticeable on wknds. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and with the added blackout curtains, I was able to sleep soundly throughout the night. Great location! Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.

It was a fantastic stay in a strategic location within the "Roma" neighborhood, in the Cuauhtémoc borough of Mexico City just west of its historic Zocalo center. The hotel has a modern brutalist architectural design and interiors, and the building is attached to a cafe and vegetarian market, making it very convenient; the security is there 24 hours a day, making it super safe.
