Office Clerk was informed that none of the soap dispensers worked. The same condition existed 24 hours later. The clerk said he "forgot"

We arrived at 7:15PM. The lobby was locked, with a sign in the window (will be back at 10:00). We had to find another motel. The property was very rundown.

Sorry we was not at the hotel We had to shut the doors this night due to unforeseen circumstances. Being a veteran owned mom and pop hotel this does happen from time to time. We are again sorry that this happened to you but there was underlying life problems that interfered in our business. I really wish you was able to see the inside of the room because that is where we have put most of our renovation money the past few years. Have a great day.

The room was very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable. We were very impressed with the breakfast, which is handmade by the owner whom wakes up early every morning to prepare pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy with various fruits. Our only negative comment would be the lack of a door in the bathroom. But the room had been remodeled recently so im guessing that a door will be put on soon....i hope.(Hot water was impeccable) If we happen to be in town again, this will be the place we go!

When I arrived the front door was locked and stated there are no check ins after 11pm. I am sorry I was on the road and tired. Called the number on the door and the guy was like we are closed sorry. No you didn't get charged for

This is a small hotel that is run by a retire veteran and his wife. You didn't get charged anything. I told you that on the phone when I talked to you. As per what is on Expedia's website I have published our hours of operation 6:00 AM to 1100 Pm Sunday -Thursday and 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM Friday and Saturday. I am sorry that you didn't understand. There is nothing terrible about having hours of operations.The customers that stay here like it that they know that they won't get woken up by someone checking and bring bags in from there car at 2:00 am in the morning. It also states on the Expedia website that if you need to check in after closing time to call us so that we can make arrangements.

Rooms were very clean but cold. They did have a space heater in the room for additional heat.

Thank you for your comment. We use all comments to improve our product. We are working on a 5 year remodel plan. We are in the first year of that plan. We are a value hotel that give someone a clean room with a hot breakfast for the lowest price in town. Everyone that stays with us contributes to us being able to upgrade more things for more rooms. We want to tank you again for stay with us at Budget Inn for a reasonable price.
