Pas d’eau

La Wifi ne fonctionnait pas bien et la cerise sur le gâteau, il n’y avait pas d’eau dans l’hôtel. La gérante nous annonce qu’elle a un problème d’eau mais ne nous propose pas de solution de rechange !!! Finalement on a eu de l’eau à revenir vers 23h !

Hotels.com Screwup

Hotels.com screwed up our reservation that we paid for but the hotel never received. The staff was cordial and allowed us to have the rooms as they waited 2 days for Hotel.com approval. We were evacuating hurricane Milton and were lucky to reserve these rooms. We did not like the anxiety caused by this hotels.com error.

Expedia should be ashamed to be associated with any Eastern Indian named Patel. What are you people, 9 year olds? Patels want to buy and operate all low end motels. Grow up. More to come. My nephews and children can get on social media about this property specifically and expedia generally.

Booked this hotel on hotels.com and when I got there my room wasn’t even available when online it said booked. Then the guy said we have no rooms for a whole month so I had to drive around for 40 mins looking for somewhere else to stay

GOOD PRICE FOR A GOOD ROOM

I did not have high hopes for this Motel but it was actually not a bad stay. The first room they gave us was a smoking room but they switched us when we mentioned it. They also allowed us to change from 1 king to 2 doubles since plans changed and we had to bring our kids with us. the room was clean, no sign of insects and the bathroom was remodeled. US 1 is close but it wasn't obnoxiously loud. The a/c worked great as did the fridge and microwave.
