I’m from Tampa and come to Miami Doral every month for business. I have never stayed at this hotel first time. I pre paid on Expedia for 5 days. Due to the hurricane I had to leave back to Tampa for my family and needed to cancel. I called Expedia and was told no problem we will do it but need to speak with the hotel. The hotel said no and would refund 2 days as I had to leave. It’s disgusting you wouldn’t refund the 2 days based on an emergency such as a hurricane. I will never stay at any of your hotels again and I hope people reading these knows how the management won’t accommodate you based on an emergency such as a hurricane. Long story short they don’t care about its customers and now I’ll never be a customer again. Please I hope people reading this never stay at your hotels based on how you treat your customers.

It is a business person's hotel. My only complaint was the safe box battery did not hold a charge. I had to call maintenance twice to rescue my laptop. The maintenance person was responsive, courteous, and fast. The safe box itself is defective and should be totally replaced.

Property is well kept and love that there is an intimate bar downstairs. Wish there was a better coffee option in the room. Close to airport and convenient for business trips.
