I had a very convenient and pleasant stay at the AC Hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breakfast was great, wish the hotel offered more vegetarian/vegan options. Also, I loved the fact that the hotel is 4mins away from the city centre and other great restaurants and food establishments. The only drawback was the noise from the trains outside, which seem to operate 24/7. However, noise wasn’t an issue for me personally. I also didn’t quite understand the need to charge for receiving an Amazon package at the hotel. Despite these minor issues, overall, it was a great stay! I will be back for sure, thanks for a great experience.

rude staffs

The worst customer service and they charge you somethings without explanation, terrible rude staffs the location also is shared with another hotel so getting to the room was very difficult

Rooms are good , but the sound of the AC is horrible, we can’t sleep at all.
