HORRIBLE, HONTEUX

Les serviettes de bain avaient des poils, le bac de douche avait des poils et la literie pleine d’acariens.
J’avais hâte de quitter cette chambre horrible et dégueulasse!
240€ la nuit, 4 étoiles c’est inadmissible !
Comment cet hôtel peut avoir la note 9?!!!!

Great hotel! Great service! Glad we didn’t have carpet in our room. But the floor need to be washed.

I have stayed several times at this hotel because of its con venient location but each time i have stayed there I have had serious issues with the cleaning of the rooms. Either the room is not cleaned or the cleaning is shoddy. I have decided that enough is enough and will not stay there again....other options close by including Airbnbs.

Stayed when our flight was cancele unexpectedly. Hotel was the best part of our night.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were spotless and well-appointed, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location. I can't wait to return for another stay!
