I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at your establishment. The lack of adequate parking spaces was inconvenient, and the behavior of some guests was disruptive and disrespectful. The noise level was excessive, with doors banging and children screaming throughout the night. The only positive aspect was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory, and I do not intend to return.

The staff here are very customer oriented service. Anything that is needed at the room or common areas are quickly taken care of.

The reason for my visit this time in Florida was due to a lost in the family. I booked a three day stay. My firts two days were ok. Unfortunately on my last one, the AC in my room stopped functioning. Now I'm in Florida during the month of August, its not a pleasant thing if you dont have some flowing air in your room. Im not one to complain, and this actually my first time writing review in my life, when i mentioned it to the desk, i only got the response that it will be noted. Not sure if was done cause the girl went right back to her phone. I had to rush out cause i had to return my rental and catch my fligth. It was really an unpleasant night.

First night ordered chicken wings , received the smallest wings ever . Hardly no meat . Garlic sauce was disgusting. Order carrot and celery salad got a bowl of ranch sauce with celery and carrots in it. Room was ok . Very motel vibe . Sheets stained . I love Marriott properties but this one was a major down fall .
