Appartement bien amménagé avec tout a disposition
Immeuble sécurisé.
Métro et bus à proximité qui permet de se déplacer facilement et location de voiture a proximité.
Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire je recommande ☺️

Great apartment

Very nice stay in Miami
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was all we needed to spend our vacations visiting Miami and our relatives in Coral Gables. It was very confortable, nice attention from Javier, and very good location to access many places. We will sure repeat if we come back to Miami.

It was nice to grab a few groceries at the nearby grocery store and prepare a few meals at the apartment.
As other reviews mentions the parking is a little tricky, but if you have a smaller car it's not an issue.

Perfect for a long weekend
Publié le 21 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayThis worked well for a few days prior to leaving on a cruise. Not far from the free trolly to take downtown, and a couple of blocks from a grocery store. Beds were not super comfortable, but manageable for 3 nights.

Everything was really good in this apartment! The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! Everything was super tidy too. Only thing that we didn't like was the parking space you have. It is located in a garage, but the space itself is very small if you have a bigger car. It fits, but you have to do a lot of work to get in there since you are driving on a ramp with metal edges that your car has to fit in.
Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone! Thanks again for having us! :)

The only concern I have is the parking arrangement. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get the vehicle into. I've damaged two cars already. I would like to be able to park the vehicle in a different location.

Hi Chris thank you for your stay, yes, we are working on the parking lot, soon we will have a bigger parking space than the one we have.
It is not big enough for big SUV's trucks.
