The property is under construction and has exteremly limited amenities. Bed and room ok. No working tv service is a BIG minus.

Hotel and staff ate very nice. Early check in cost was a bit high but that's expected being in Miami. However the restaurant choices in the surrounding area are very minimal

Bed was dirty with urine odor and blood stain on all bed sheets. No frig in room. Shampoo and conditioner bottle empty. Will not stay there in future or recommend to anyone. Customer service could improve. Cold coffee. No breakfast. Location is good with plenty of parking.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere as far as dining options go but a clean hotel and the staff was very nice. I'll definitely be staying here again when I come to Miami. It is convenient to the airport and there is an IHOP in the parking lot. Rooms had the wood floors on them so no worries about dingy carpet and the bathrooms were clean. Overall a really nice stay that evening.
