This property is an overall awesome property!! This particular unit was not on the first night I checked in the air wasn’t working it took me an hour to play with it and finally flip the break box to get it to come on. The next day I tried to use the dryer and it wasn’t working either!!! This unit is plain no aesthetic or nothing! I have stayed in other units on this property and I have to say this one I was not pleased with.

There were to many things in the unit that wasn’t working. The pictures of the unit that I viewed online when I booked was not the unit I was put in. I was not even given the option to have a complementary late check out for all the headaches I had encountered.

The apartment itself is immaculate. It’s a beautiful apartment. I was suprised! The only thing I will say is I had to wash the sheets to the 2nd bedroom bed because I’m pretty sure housecleaning did not change them, due to residue on them. Having to do that on the first night with tired kiddos waiting to go to bed was not ideal. The master bedroom bed was itchy. Which is never a good thing when staying in hotels or air b n bs. The property owner needs to look into that. Besides that the apartment itself is very fancy I was shocked how beautiful it was.
