Our 5 day stay.
Publié le 1 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe stayed in a family suite. Was mentioned that we would not have access to normal hotel stay cleaning and upkeep during our stay. It was fine but we had four people to our room, we could have had more towels! Only four were there, we were staying 5 days! More towels were needed! Also stating that there was limited on site food options was a BIG reason why I would not return in the future!

We are so sorry about any inconvenience you had.
If you had any issues with the amount of towels provided, you could have contacted us, and we would have gladly provided you with more towels.
At this time the building has 3 food options on site: a restaurant at the pool, an Italian restaurant at Lower Level, and a pastry kiosk at the entrance. We are very sorry if this was an inconvenience for you.
We really appreciate your review, we will consider it for the future.
