The experience for the price we had been charged wasn't good at all. First It wasn't clean, floors were really dirty (I'm having pictures to show it) and we even found 2 bottles of oil in the bed behind the head and the mattress. Also we have been receiving extra charge every morning we were there. Those had been cancel at least, but only afther 3 interaction with the staff. We've been told the only parking was with valet at $60 dollars US a night on the street witch we didn't go for since we found at one block away inside safe parking for $20 box a night... Not really recommended. We have proof of everything comment in here. Pictures and vidéos... When it is good, we say it, but when it is not !!!! World travelers.

The service was amazing. If we had a tiny issue at the beginning with the room, it was resolved in about 5minutes and our stay was great. Access to many things really helping to enjoy our stay (bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.)

The staff was so nice with us and accommodate us on many points regarding our toddler.
The hotel is very well placed for those wishing to visit Miami beach.
The hotel is clean. Food is great.
I highly recommend this place.
