Beautiful house in a great neighborhood but it goes downhill from there. To quickly paint the picture, imagine walking into a (5) star hotel only to realize you have economy hotel with maintenance issues accommodations.
We were a party of (5) and didn't utilize the entire house. Now the more detailed version....
The house needs major maintenance attention and furniture upgrades. The basic furniture used makes this beautiful house extremely lackluster and in certain areas like the bedroom - makes settling in rather uncomfortable. We have never slept on beds so horrible before. It was as if the beds were staged and as much as this may sound like an exaggeration it isn't. Some of the beds squeaked so loud we thought it was going to fall apart (bed in bedroom nearest the garage and bed by the door in the red room upstairs). We had to notify the representative of many maintenance issues throughout our (3) day stay, starting with the pool which wasn't clean upon arrival, multiple bathroom sinks that doesn't drain properly but one of the worse issues was the horrible smell of sewer coming from the bathroom in the red room upstairs. This is definitely not a minor maintenance issue. They did arrange for someone to clean the pool but what he needed to do took so much time it infringed on our pool time we had planned. The pool was indeed better but the bottom of the pool still needs cleaning.
The highlight of our stay at this property is my friends and I spend time together.
