I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 14 days notice (30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date and 50% refund within 7-14 days notice (14-30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date.

Marble and Granite bathroom with oversized jet whirlpool tub and separate glass enclosed shower and TV in bathroom.

110 square foot balcony overlooking Fontainebleau owners pool and ocean. No Smoking. Glass-enclosed state of the art gym, 40,000 square foot two-level Lapis Spa with world famous treatments. On-site several beautiful restaurants: Steakhouse, 24 hour high end dining, poolside cafe, coffee shop, live nightclub, Blade Sushi Bar and Ultra-Lounge. Multiple pools, beach with chairs and umbrella, designer clothing boutique, spa shop, smoke shop and pool shop.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.

Excellent condo!
Our unit in the Sorrento Tower had everything we needed. It was spacious, bright, and had an ocean view from the balcony. Check-in at the front desk was easy, terms were clear, including the housekeeping fee upon check-out. We appreciated the full kitchenette with microwave, small but roomy refrigerator, glassware, silverware, plates. We opted to not use housekeeping during our stay at an additional daily charge because the room came with plenty of towels and bathroom toiletries. We took advantage of access to the gym and spa, and loved walking from the pool area right onto the beach where we were offered lounge chairs and drink service. What's not to love?! We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room, great host
Highly recommend. This room is perfect for a couple looking to enjoy the upscale resort but with more of a luxury apartment feel than hotel room. Comfortable, luxe. with great extra benefits from the property host. We had an elevator noise issue but the host and management were superb in responding and fixing the issue. That's the sign of a great vrbo experience. Rent this place for a great experience.

The room was very spacious and we enjoyed our stay there. The only issue I had was whoever stayed in the room before us left hair everywhere in the bathroom and on shower walls. I guess the hotel is responsible for cleaning but didn’t clean the bathroom at all. Other than that we had no issues and enjoyed our stay in this room.

Noisy room
This hotel room is very noisy because of the elevators, and the noise could keep you awake at nights! We made a video of the noise and sent it to Chris to explain how loud it was. Chris tried to convince us that the noise was temporary because the hotel was doing some tests. He said he talked to the hotel about it. But when we asked for the hotel's contact information he used, he didn't share the contact information! So, we called the hotel ourselves, and they said there was no testing on the elevators happening at all! Unfortunately, Chris shared false information with us and we are not happy about this at all. That was very disappointing

Great dealing with Chris, we had a few A/C issues but he was right on it, answered my text within 5 minutes. The place is a great spot, the Fontainebleau is a true 5 star property. I plan on coming back again and again.

Stayed here with friends during what was, unbeknownst to us, Miami Music Week. It was a perfect location without having to attend any of the crazy events of the week. Some of the popular DJs even played at the pool during our stay. The room was exactly as it was listed. It was spacious, clean, and quiet. Check- in was easy & even though we arrived early and our the room was not ready, we were able to use the hotel facilities(pools, restaurants, & bars) while the bellhop services held our suitcases for us. The room was equipped with just enough serving ware for our party, a mini refrigerator, and microwave. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor balcony provided another space to sit outside if we wanted. Communication with the owner was never a problem and we didn't even need to contact him during our stay. We would 100% stay here again.
