I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Mr. Alex went above and beyond to help me secure a room for an extra night on short notice due to weather-related travel delays. The following day, the staff remained just as welcoming, respectful, and understanding of the situation, making my entire stay stress-free and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their hospitality and will definitely choose this property for all my future trips to the area.

Bed was extremely old and would sink to every side as it’s not supposed to. Elevator honestly smelled like vomit and overall the pictures of the hotel were better than in person. We had booked thinking it would’ve been better maintained, but everything was very dated. The AC smelled old and stuffy and shower wouldn’t get warmer than lukewarm.

No towels no air in my room the air conditioner only would stay on for a few sec then shut off… the worst stay horrible customer service they didn’t even have clean pillows I had to wait til after 4 n 5 to get clean towels the drink machine didn’t work

We arrived for surgery. When we asked for an additional pillow we were told no because people steal them. The room was big and sufficient. It smelled clean and despite the fact that the bathroom area is in need of a remodel we were comfortable. The smoke alarm went off. I called and asked maintenance to come fix it. He did come down but didn’t fix it. The next day, it started again. Frustrating! Employees are untrained and disengaged, management likely isn’t trained or supported. The overall stay was just sufficient. Pay a few extra bucks to stay somewhere that has a bit more umph or pay less for the same experience.
