Great parking service for a hotel needing a renov.

Let's go over what impressed me first...the parking. Lot's of spaces to choose from and they have a security guy watching the cars! WOW. I'm impressed. The area itself seemed to have a bit of a sketch vibe even though all the shopping and eating was available. I had one guy knock on my window and ask me for money when my car was stopped. The hotel definitely needs a renovation. Very definitely.

Anytime we go to Miami we always stay at this Best Western. It’s a great location, anything and evertning you need is within walking distance and they have a great resturant connected to the hotel. It’s a great place to get a glass of wine after a long day of traveling.

Good basic hotel. Convenient parking. Rooms are good. Hotel floors have a little odor. People leave garbage outside but it doesn’t get picked up frequently.

It was a nice hotel, friendly staff always, wrong time of year to visit Miami because of humidity, our room was alway damp; beds etc. no matter the setting we put AC on. Beds, pillows felt wet. Yukkkk but other than that we had to request towels, bathroom Paper, coffee cups etc. Not consistent!!
