The property and location are phenomenal. We really enjoyed the amenities, including bicycles, the pool, the bar, and the proximity to the beach. The staff was friendly, including the valets and the servers near the pool. The interior spaces, including the room, are a bit outdated. Our shower handle was coming off the wall, and some of the finishes were fairly worn down. We also had a hard time getting the right mix of towels/mats/etc. My wife requested hand towels on multiple occasions and we never received them. Similarly, we only had a bath mat one of the four days we were there. Overall, it's worth trading some of the nice-to-haves for the location.

Had such a lovely experience staying here with my family! The rooms were a lot bigger than expected and the bathroom was huge with plenty of storage space! The pool areas were also super lively and very nice. The staff were also so kind and helpful.

up sale cost an extra 100$ per night
It was nice they let us in early, but they said the room we reserved wasn't ready when we arrived ( 11 am) but they could give us another but it was 2 queen beds instead of a king and was an additional 100$ per night. I was willing to pay because we wanted early arrival. It was supposed to include breakfeast... but it was just contenental breakfeast and if we wanted the buffett it was an additional 15$ pp. Beds were actually too soft. The one excellent point, Donna Mare resturant was excellent. The beach access and pools were lovely.

This hotel is below average. I always stay in Miami and this is my first and last time here. The elevators are old and so slow. The hallway smells so bad like mildew. The halls are also old and dirty. The heat in our room didn’t work the first night of our trip and it was freezing. $80 at the pool bar for the worst food I’ve ever had and 2 diet cokes ): no fun here wouldn’t recommend

Jose from valet excellent with all the help and Miguel gentleman who greets at front door of hotel very very nice and very helpful through my stay a week there with my mom and her wheelchair and how we can get to restaurant where we ate. Restaurant last day took very long wait over an hour needs to work on that other than that excellent place to stay wish there was a boutique for bathing suits and souvenirs at place but love it here and I have stayed in sunny isles marenas, solei, and a week before I stood at Marriot stranton and that place was terrible with elevator and no wheelchair accessible very disappointed. But this place I loved it a feel of resort . Will come back

Rude staff
Rude and un attentive staff members I was forced to pay for expensive food that wasn’t properly cooked and when I brought it to the attention of staff management nothing was don’t , food is aweful and not only because I’m a 5 star chef , no flavor seasoning and over cooked

Originally on arrival we were given an unacceptable room, were able to switch in the morning with the help of Ludy the manager who was wonderful. Katie at the desk was also very helpful.
