Perfect Rental Unit in the Grove

Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with wonderful views and access to all of the the Arya Hotel amenities. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again soon.

So much for a reasonable price
Posted Jun. 15, 2022 on HomeAwayThe condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were surprised that the kitchen had a small dishwasher! The huge windows with two different shade options led out to a wraparound deck, awesome for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The elevators in the building took forever sometimes but the stairs were close by in case we didn’t want to wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

perfect Coconut Grove condo

My personal highlights: super comfortable king size bed, wraparound balcony with lots of light streaming through the unit, soothing color palette, access to the pool :) Great Coconut Grove location with restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Host was responsive in communication. This was a perfect place for a long weekend and I hope to return again next winter/spring.

We felt very safe staying there.
The bed was comfortable and seeing the skyline at night from the bed was beautiful. The kitchen area had what we needed for our stay. The balcony was small ,but you were able to see some water on one side. The other view was more rooftops.
We had a great time there!
