The service of the reception staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful, but the shuttle service was disastrous, very, very uncomfortable, since when requesting the service I was informed that every 30 minutes it made its trip to the collection area at the airport, I called 3 times and was told that it would arrive, after almost 2 hours of waiting it never arrived, I decided to request an UBER that cost me $24.00 in addition to my inconvenience.

I had a room mix up when I first checked in. It was fixed and the rest of my trip was good. The food was wonderful.

Posted Oct. 18, 2024 on HotelsThe hotel staff who greeted us at reception were and polite. They provided good customer service. Hotel itself is a bit run down, our shower had either freezing cold or very hot water (I guess depending on what our neighbors are doing). The toilet, you need to hold until water fills up or it doesn’t flush. Also hotel prices are generally marked up but this hotel cafe was beyond overpriced. Those are the reasons for my rating.

A very nice hotel, the staff was friendly....the only thing that annoyed me was the shuttle. We waited for over an hour, but the good thing was it was free
