Hôtel neuve avec un décor très moderne et chaleureux. Chambre très fonctionnelle avec tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Excellent déjeuner et une piscine de rêve au cour du centre-ville de Miami.

I stayed one night and they charged me for many things that I don't understand

My money is gone. I paid for one night. Was unable to check in and requested for modification of the booking. Denied and lost all the money. SAD

Dear Mesay, We allow cancellations with no penalty up to 48 hours before arrival, which is the industry standard. If guests don't show up for their arrival date, the reservation is canceled. Guests can call to request changes, but if the hotel is fully booked, we may not be able to accommodate the changes. I apologize if this information was not communicated to you, and I'm very sorry for any frustration it may have caused.
