The Embassy suites is a great place to stay for a night before a cruise. Their breakfast is fantastic. The 530 to 730 “happy hour“ gives you two free drinks but the amount of food available to eat has really declined over the years. You could not make a dinner out of it and the price of the food in the hotel is a bit expensive. There is also limited dining options surrounding this particular embassy suites. The free airport shuttle, delicious breakfast, and convenience are why I booked it. It was clean and you can also schedule a shuttle to the cruise port. I would return to this hotel!

We arrived at 1230 am after a flight cancelled in West Palm. After a long Uber ride we were told there were no rooms. Front desk clerk tried briefly to find a room and then said there were none in area and we should call Expedia. We had to scramble to find lodging. Clerk was unsympathetic and not helpful.

The reason for low ratings was staff billed me when I had prepaid directly with the hotel which was a major inconvenience when I boarded the ship. I had to call from ship to let them know of their error and person who answered phone would not connect me to the manager. Thank God I had travelled with another card for it took 7 days to clear from my card Room had many nicks in furniture which I notified management right away so I wouldn't be charged. Also we were given a room right in front of elevator front desk person just said their wasn't any rooms available at the time didn't offer us to wait til one became available. Cocktail reception put us in better mood. Singer was amazing

We had no AC for two days. We got there late at night so first night we didn't say anything then next day let them know around 7 at night waited and they never came to fix it. Try calling front desk and no answer.

Room 222 has two large windows, but look out to a grey wall and the rooftop. The view of the courtyard are obstructed. Felt like beingvin a box.

We came in late from a long road trip and appreciated the staff being welcoming and courteous even at almost 1 AM. Room was large and spacious and very clean. The only surprise was the parking fee, which I do not recall seeing when booking. Overall a good experience, and i would gladly stay there again.

Planes taking off every minute so it’s very loud in the pool area and room until about midnight. Shuttle service from the airport is not fast. Called 3x and kept being told 5 min away. Otherwise, property is clean, rooms are big, and breakfast was great! Would definitely stay again but would opt for an uber from the airport.
