Good but could be better.
Embassy Suites never fails us. Although our checkin and checkout was a little unpleasant, the overall stay was good. Breakfast was great and readily available. The grill was excellent! I would suggest that the cleaning crew wait until after 11:00 before barging into a guest room. And when a guest shows up before check-in time- it would be better for the front desk personnel to validate the availability of a room or even ask someone before telling a guest that there are no rooms ready.

Pretty loud on our floor. It seemed like a hotel for a younger crowd. One of the pillows on our bed had wet spots on it and smelled of vomit. We left after after 1 night and stayed at the Trump Doral instead. It was well worth the money.

This hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere , the manager was so helpful and kind , the complimentary drinks and food were very thoughtful , the patio door didn’t open I think and it was a patio that didn’t extend out so you couldn’t go on it but over all I would stay here again !!

Other than the parking being expensive. I loved it. Only wish we could have stayed longer. But everything was clean and breakfast was great and hotel was beautiful. Kids are asking to come back already.

Lack of wifi and internet…the prices were outrageous! One cannot travel today without being connected for use while traveling or without handling personal and business matters. There are no walking distances around here so everything has to be coordinated and you need electronics to do it. Other than that, which was major for me, I LOVE the Embassy Suites!!!

The bathrooms in the atrium were terrible, toilet paper everywhere and dirty. Very little food choices and very expensive. Really not up to standards in other embassy suites we have stayed at. The transportation to the airport was about the best thing about it.
