Cheapest stay on the beach
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThat's exactly it! It's the cheapest plase to stay on the beach. But the place old and run down. The bathtub was old, scratched and no plug. View was the disgusting roof and a slice of the beach. Theres a $20/night resort fee that they dont tell you about plus $30 day parking!

Hi Terry, it’s very unfair to read your review based on lies, since you didn’t pay $20/night resort fee! On the other hand, in the advertise of the apartment says that Valet Parking costs $30 per day to pay in advance when you check in! There’s nothing to pay that we don’t tell our guests! We’re Premier Hosts and we bring our guests the best of us and they can relax and enjoy their stay in this wonderful beach like in home. It isn’t a place old, run down and the bathtub isn’t scratched and no plug, if you had a problem you can contact us 24/7, we’re always attentive to solve the problems that our guests may have. It’s very sad to host guests like you that didn’t take care of the unit, the cleaner found the unit very dirty with the towels with so many stains that we have to throw away and we didn’t claim to pay for them and for the extra hours we have to pay to the cleaner. When you check in you found the unit perfect

Room is cozy and clean, reasonable price . Many thanks to Patricia , she is very great host ! Friendly , easy to communicate, helpful and she let us have a late check out due to the storm. We appreciate it big time !
