Publié le 29 août 2023 sur HomeAwaycette hotel que je frequente depuis 15 ans est devenu une pompe a fric et n'a plus la notion de services tels que je l'ai connue que ce soit a la réception, le ménage, le services voiturier ou j'ai plus d'une et demi pour récupérer ma voiture, dans les restaurants, la piscine est salle et mal entretenu le jacuzzi extérieure ne fonctionne plus bref la liste est très long. Je n'y retournerais plus

I am very disappointed with this review. The guest had NO issues with my suite but instead felt the hotel prices at the restaurant and pool were high. He did not contact me at all during his stay.

Chris was super responsive for everything. There were some issues with cleaning when I first arrived (hence the 4 stars) that he addressed immediately

Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our first visit to Miami Beach, we were pleased with the accommodations. The condo was simply a converted hotel room but was spacious and comfortable. The room didn't have any drawers to place our clothes in, so we ended up living out of our suitcase. Nice view of the city and ocean from the balcony. The resort itself is very expensive for pretty much everything. The check-in process wasn't smooth but manageable. We would stay here again.

Thank you for the review. To clarify these are not converted hotel rooms. They are junior suites with a balcony, kitchenette and are at least 550 sq ft versus a much smaller hotel room. They also receive free valet parking, no resort fee and two daily spa passes.

Great Room and Hotel
Publié le 17 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at this resort. The beach and pool were great. We got massages at the spa and dined at the many restaurants the hotel had to offer. We plan to bring more family here in the future.

I was very disappointed. Got the room very late. The fridge inside the room was very loud. I asked for late check out and was denied even though i was given the room very late. Also when i booked, it said free spa certificate which never got it.
