Apart excelente com uso das facilidades do resort Fontainebleau

Como sempre o período em uma das torres anexas ao Fontainebleau foi muito bom. As piscinas são excelentes e o atendimento de serviços de bar são ótimos. Esta unidade, como é próxima dos elevadores, é mais barulhenta que as outras que eu fiquei. Mas tem a grande vantagem de ter direito a garagem.

Fontainebleau Miami Beach: Sorrento towe

I’ve been staying at Fontainebleau for over 20 years, but this recent experience was incredibly disappointing. Previously, I stayed in a different condominium at the hotel, and it was awesome, but this time was a complete letdown. From the front desk to room service, everything has changed, and unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated significantly. My check-in was rough, but I finally got into my room at 2 PM. After a long flight, I was shocked to find the room not cleaned. The toilet was clogged with paper left by the previous guest, and the bathtub was full of hair, as if someone had shaved their legs. It was disgusting. I contacted the hotel administration several times to send housekeeping, but no luck. They told me to contact the property owner, saying it wasn’t their responsibility. Communication with the owner or host was very poor, with no replies or support. After countless calls, my room was finally cleaned at 9 PM—hours later—with no apology or acknowledgment from management. The minibar had no water or drinks, and the next day, the room wasn’t cleaned again. Overall, this experience was very disappointing,

Our particular Jr. Suite: Great views. Was mostly clean. Large. As advertised. However, the bathroom and fixtures are a bit dated. Rusted. Molded. Shower/bath dated. cheap curtains. On the verge of being disgusting. Bathroom sliding door broken. However, the rest of the room makes up for it. Spacious. Cold fridge. Comfy beds. Responsive thermostat and temperature control. Good air circulation. Excellent views of the pool and the ocean. And the hotel...amazing. It's Fontainebleau..what can you say. It's a great property with good looking people. By the way, owner/prop manager has excellent communication, and was very accommodating during the delays we experienced as a result of the recent IT/Tech airline outages.

Wonderful beachfront condo

Thoroughly enjoyed! Very clean, had all the essentials for a quick get away. Beautiful view Room was right across from elevators which did get loud in mornings. Other than that happy with the condo We had a delay in our check-in process but property manager was easy to contact and available immediately to help fix the problem. Would return and recommend!

Great view - Don't need to leave the property

The condo was very nice. It had a great view of the water and beach, and overlooked the pool area of the resort. The resort itself has restaurants, bars, shops, and spa. You can walk out to the beach very easily.
